My name is Kyle Gervis
I am a personal trainer focusing on high intensity training, looking to get you results quickly! I focus on weight bearing functional movements designed to give you a high calorie burn and a big after burn effect, so that up to 42 hours later you will still be burning fat!

I have a sporting background in parkour, gymnastics, swimming, martial arts, athletics and many many more. Throughout my life I have come across a very large number of ways to train, and have accumulated a lot of knowledge and exercises know how.
