It's time to feel balanced, relaxed and centered. White Shells offers you a relaxing Reiki healing that cleanses and heals your soul. White Shells has been created as an oasis, a place of peace and serenity.


The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom” or “the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy”

Throughout your session we will tap into your inner energies and work to re-align your chakras. Unwind as you go on your own unique journey that will leave you feeling revitalised. Each session is specific to your needs, so we allow time for both Reiki and guidance. Sessions run from between 45 minutes to an hour allowing time for full relaxation and reflection.The attunements have in themselves a very powerful balancing and healing effect.

Reiki is not only the healing session itself as your healing is continuous, so we offer full guidance and support between sessions.
